Issue 15 Call for Submissions: Magic, Lost and Found!
In Issue 16, we are searching for our magic, lost and found. We are inspired in our search by Harry Martinson’s epic Aniara:
“Who’ll give the fairy back her fairy-wand?
That is our cry in the oceans of beyond.”
That is our cry in the oceans of beyond.”
Through word, pen, lens, or paint, we’d love to hear from you: what magic do you wield in this world? Ideas we would love to see explored include:
What does “magic” mean to you?
How do you recognize magic in nature? In yourself? In others?
When did you first find your magic?
When did you first lose your magic?
Where do you go to experience magic in this world?
If magic is dead, how do you bring it back again?
We accept fiction, nonfiction, visual art, and poetry of all flavors, from free verse to found. We are also interested in submissions that include raven artwork.
Submissions will be accepted until June 1, 2022.
